Excelementary Early Learning Academy (“we,” “us”) operates www.excelementary.com. This page explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone number, and message. The form is received by our website host, Netlify, and sent to us by email.
  • Tour booking: when you schedule a tour, your name, email, phone number, and the answers you provide are collected by our scheduling service, Calendly, and used only to arrange and confirm your visit.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how families find and use our website — for example, which pages are visited, what type of device is used, and the general city a visit comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us your name or contact details.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, schedule tours, discuss enrollment, and improve our website. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising or any other purpose.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Your choices and rights

  • You may ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing info@excelementary.com.
  • California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we will not treat you differently for using them.
  • To stop Google Analytics, you can block cookies in your browser or install Google’s free opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Our website does not currently respond to these signals, because there is no common standard for them. You can still limit tracking using the options under “Your choices and rights” above.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and tour requests only as long as reasonably needed to respond, schedule visits, and handle enrollment.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
